 POLICIES
I always review my basic business practices with new clients. They include:
- I charge by the hour, rounding down to the nearest quarter hour.
- I prefer to be paid at the end of the session, by check or cash.
- I always leave a written receipt, outlining what we worked on during the session.
- I will bring up other important issues, such as virus protection and backup, even if they’re not on your list, but you decide what we work on.
- I treat my clients as I would want to be treated.

Martin is always there when I need him...very important for keeping a business running. He is organized, methodical, and either solves every computer problem himself or knows how to get it solved. I couldn’t keep my business running smoothly without him.
